材料 Ingredients
二百克高筋麵粉200g bread flour
五克吉士粉5g custard powder
二十克糖20g sugar
一克鹽1g salt
一隻雞蛋 1 egg
二十毫升清水20ml water
三克酵母3G yeast
五十毫升暖水50ml warm water
十克椰子油/牛油10g Coconut oil/butter
十五克全脂奶粉15g Milk Powder

餡的材料 Filling:
七十克椰絲70g coconut shaving
四十克白糖40g sugar
一克鹽1g salt
二十五克無鹽牛油25g unsalted butter
一隻雞蛋1 egg

塗包面To brush on the surface of bread
五克無鹽牛油5克

焗模長20cm 濶10cm 高6cm
Baking tray: 20cm x 10cm x 6cm
