The white chocolate mud cake recipe I use is actually a Bakels premix (bakery grade premixes, but they are sold to the public at selected cake decorating outlets like Susie Q and Pack n Save). I will have a scratch recipe video out shortly on how to make a white chocolate mud cake anyway ;)

Thanks guys for watching! This cake was made for a special lady who is returning home to America for a while. She was very surprised and loved her edible gift, my missions was complete x) And it also gave me an excuse to record a video! double whammy!
