See your NOSE in the mirror and Smile! When you smile, the nose gets bigger. Which means your should release the tension from the muscle around the nose.

*Step1 Massage on the side of Nostrils.
*Step2 Massage under the Nostrils.
*Step3 Massage the cheek area that I mentioned!
* Step4 Massage the nose. Press the side of your nose first, Push inward toward the central and Push to the front!
