Ingredients:
60ml (1/4 cup) corn oil(玉米油)
75ml (1/3 cup) milk (牛奶)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
100g (1/2 + 1/4 cup )plain flour(普通面粉)
10g (1 tbsp) corn starch (玉米粉)
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
1 whole egg (全蛋)
4 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
80g (1/3 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
8” baking tin

Lemon Curd(柠檬酱):
1 lemon zest, grated (1粒柠檬,磨皮茸)
1 lemon juice (1粒柠檬汁)
2 eggs (鸡蛋)
3 egg yolks (蛋黄)
150g (2/3 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tsp gelatine powder (鱼胶粉)
2 tbsp water (水)
Sugar syrup (糖浆):
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 tbsp boiling water (沸水)
1 tbsp Rum (兰姆酒)
300g (1 1/4 cups) non-dairy whipping cream (植物性鲜奶油)
