150g Beef Round Steak or substitute: tenderloin or sirloin, 1.5cm-thick (5.3 oz)
Salt
Pepper

Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, large-sized, coarsely chopped

- Garlic Sauce -
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sake
1 tsp Grated Garlic

50g Mixed Vegetables, boiled (1.8 oz)
Baby Spinach

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
