This week we tour a special 1,011 square feet 4-room HDB corner unit in Bukit Panjang. Creatively envisioned by home owner Bob Mubarak, this is now the 3rd iteration of a home that was originally built to be flexible as Bob liked the freedom to change around as and when he wanted.

He describes himself as an accidental influencer as he has been documenting his renovation experience on Instagram. From tips home furnishing tips, to online finds and styling advice, he has even collaborated with a few local brands.

What we really like is his balcony space, which is really cosily set up with the various plush seats. With the foldable windows as well, it can almost be an extension of his indoor space, or a space for more intimate conversations.

As his bachelor pad, he also has a walk-in wardrobe that leads to a luxurious bathroom that comes complete with a bathtub.
