Lots of you requested how to make my cupcakes and so I combined it with how to also pipe a rainbow swirl on top using my favourite 1M nozzle.

Ingredients:
Cakes:
250g butter, melted
250g caster sugar
200g (4) eggs
250g self raising flour
Vanilla

Buttercream:
500g icing sugar
150g softened butter
60ml milk
