Perfect Ten is a luxurious new launch along Bukit Timah Road that has some strong selling points. It's not one for the understated, as the entire outlook is one of showcasing luxury. This includes the symmetrical twin residential towers with liberal use of gold accents throughout the development, from the Grand Drop Off and Clubhouse all the way to the fittings in the units.

This is a prelude to the level of detail you will find in the development, which I see as a real selling point. A lot of effort was clearly put into the planning, from the boulevard driveway to ensure a setback of the towers to the beauty fridge and ceiling speakers found in the units. Its overall facade and facilities mean that Perfect Ten will be a statement home for many looking to purchase a unit here.

Of particular interest is the unit layouts. It's a simple unit mix (just 2 and 3 bedrooms). Size-wise it isn't as big as what you'd find in ultra-luxury developments, but the layouts are as efficient as can be. Which is no surprise given their background in property development in Hong Kong. What's great here too is the standard 3.225 metre high ceilings, and the master bedrooms offer a better than average amount of storage.

Lastly, this Bukit Timah stretch benefits not only from good transport connectivity, being a beneficiary of the Downtown Line in 2015, and proximity to Orchard, but also enjoys the luxury of being 1 km from popular schools such as ACS Primary and SCGS. However, common gripes include congestion during peak hours and road noise from the units facing Bukit Timah Road.
