This was an incredibly difficult workout to put together! Following 2 days of intense brainstorming, we finally created, in my opinion, one of my best upper body workouts to date! The workout theme, the chosen exercises, the complex combinations, the order of exercises, the number of reps performed and the duration of each complex has all been so thoughtfully put together.
