Hampir semua jenis masakan Indonesia menggunakan bawang merah, akan tetapi mengolah bawang merah terkadang menyulitkan. Kali ini aku mau berbagi TIPS&TRICKS cara mengupas bawang merah 7x lebih cepat dan mudah.
Cara Kesatu:
1. Cuci bersih bawang merah, tiriskan
2. Rendam di air panas selama 3-5 menit
3. Bilas dengan air biasa agar bawang tidak termasak
4. Potong kedua ujung bawang bagian pucuk dan akarnya, gunakan pisau yang tajam
5. Kupas kulit bawang merah perlahan
6. Bawang merah siap digunakan
Cara Kedua:
1. Cuci bersih bawang merah, tiriskan
2. Potong kedua ujung bawang bagian pucuk dan akarnya, gunakan pisau yang tajam
3. Belah bawang merah menjadi 2 bagian
4. Kupas kulit bawang merah perlahan
5. Bawang merah siap digunakan

Almost all Asian, especially Indonesian, dishes use shallots as an ingredient. However, preparing shallots can be troublesome. This time, I'm sharing the tips on peeling shallots SEVEN TIMES faster and much easier.
Method 1:
1. Rinse the shallots until clean and set aside.
2. Soak in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
3. Rinse with cool water so the shallots won't cook.
4. Cut both ends of the shallots (the top and the base) with a sharp knife.
5. Peel the skin slowly.
6. The shallots are ready to use.
Method 2:
