▷Ingredients:
■Finger biscuits
1 egg white
30g sugar
1 egg yolks
30g cake flour
powder sugar
■Tiramisu cream
250g mascarpone cheese
25g sweet condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml heavy cream
20g sugar
■Coffee syrup
120g coffee
15g sugar
How to make:
1. Make finger biscuits. Add 30g of sugar to 1 egg white in 3 times to make a meringue.
2. Add 1 egg yolk and mix quickly.
3. Shake 30g of flour and mix quickly. Squeeze out the dough in a squeeze bag with a large mouth money set, and shake the powdered sugar twice on the surface of the dough.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes. Remove it from the top plate and let it cool.
5. Make coffee syrup. Add 15g of sugar to 120g of hot coffee and mix.
6. Make tiramisu cream. Mix 25g of sugar condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to 250g of mascarpone cheese returned to room temperature.
7. Combine 200ml of fresh cream and 20g of sugar and whisk loosely while applying it to ice water.
8. Mix mascarpone cheese and fresh cream.
9. Soak the finger biscuits in coffee syrup, place them in a container of your preference, and stack the tiramisu cream. Flatten the surface and cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
10. Sprinkle plenty of cocoa powder and it's finished!
