This sweet dog is Gilla and her owners kept her chained up outside alone in the yard. Fortunately she was spotted by a kind woman who managed to convince the owner to surrender the dog. She then took Gilla to the veterinary clinic and it was discovered she had umbilical hernia which required surgery. During the same intervention Gilla had also been spayed and later received all required vaccinations.
Gilla is in Romania, but if you have a loving home for her she can travel internationally too.
