This incredibly beautiful cake is sure to please you. His appearance awakens the brightest and most positive emotions. This dessert is associated with summer: fruits, berries, bright colors, good mood. The recipe seems complicated, but it's not, it's very simple. I advise you to try it.

Ingredients:

Base:
300 g cookies
150 g butter
Cheese layer:
600 g cottage cheese
350 g sour cream
150 g sugar
100 ml water
20 g gelatin
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Fruit layer:
200 g mango
100 g blueberries
200 g strawberries
350 ml water
80 g sugar
30 g gelatin for desserts

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the base. Melt the butter. You can use any cookie.
We grind cookies in any convenient way, pour melted butter into it. Mix well. Put the sand crumbs in a detachable mold (Ø 22-24 cm) and tamp. Put the cookie mold in the freezer for 10 minutes.
We turn to the curd base. Fill the gelatin with water and leave for 10 minutes. Put cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat everything with a mixer. Melt the gelatin and pour it into the curd mass, beat it again with a mixer. To make it easier to remove the cake from the mold later, I advise you to lubricate the walls with odorless vegetable oil. Pour the curd filling onto the cookie base and smooth it out. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify the curd layer.
Prepare the fruit. Cut the strawberries and mango into pieces. In a container, combine gelatin for desserts, sugar and water. Preheat this mixture.
We take our base out of the freezer, lay out the fruit as you like. With a spoon, pour gelatin on the fruit, a small portion. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and then add the rest of the gelatin and put it back in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Our most beautiful dessert is ready.
