Ingredients:
pork belly - 1.5 kg (3.31 lb)
potatoes - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt - 12 g (0.42 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
herbs of Provence - 5 g (0.18 oz)
bay leaves - 3 pieces
thyme - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet cooking cream - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
Tray size 25 X 32 cm (10 x 12.6 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/1 HOUR
