Total body mat Pilates workout using a mini ball. I love the mini ball as a prop to challenge, assist with correct form and most of all have fun!

This is full body workout that will challenge your core and glutes while lengthening, shaping and stretching the entire body.

As always please progress at your own pace. If lifting your shoulders off the mat is too hard on your neck, then please leave your head on the mat.
