最近天气特别热,来做特别高特别冰爽的蛋糕,梦龙冰淇淋蛋糕。湿润巧克力蛋糕,搭配顺滑清香自制香草雪糕,,淋上浓郁苦甜黑巧克力浆,切开来里面藏着整整6支整梦龙迷你杏仁冰淇淋和金莎巧克力球。光听就觉得口味十足。自制香草雪糕免冰淇淋机,免反复冷冻搅拌,方法简单快速。制作主要冷,制作全程建议开冷气做。这次采用好品质香草豆荚,香草籽原味扑鼻而来。整个蛋糕重复两次裹上满满杏仁片,淋上好品质Couverture黑巧克力浆,看起来更像梦龙招牌巧克力壳。切开来迷住了,里面的蛋糕雪糕梦龙层次分明,看了垂涎三尺。
收藏方式:盖好密封容器收冰窟冷冻可保存久,要新鲜7天内吃。
Recently, the weather is very hot, made a very tall cooling cake, Magnum Ice Cream Cake. Moist Chocolate Cake paired with smooth creamy fragrant Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, glazed with a rich bittersweet Dark Chocolate Ganache. Cut open, 6 whole Magnum Mini Almond Ice Cream and Ferrero Rocher hidden within. Overloaded with flavors by just listening to prescription. No Churn No Machine Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, avoid repeatedly freezing and churning process, through simple and fast method. The making process most importantly is cold, recommended to on aircond throughout the process. Good quality vanilla bean pods are used, the original flavor of vanilla seeds is so fragrant. The whole cake is covered with almond slices and glazed twice with good quality Couverture Dark Chocolate Ganache, looks even more like Magnum signature chocolate shell. Mesmerized once cut open, the layers of cake, ice cream, and Magnum inside was distinct, drooling~
Storage Method: Cover well and keep the airtight container, store in freezer for long time. Best eaten fresh within 7 days.
