Ingredients:
130 g rolled oats(1 1/2 cup)
180 ml hot water(3/4 cup)
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
40 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)1/4 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 g greek yogurt(1/2 cup)
2 tbsp coconut oil/ or your choice
40 g chopped nuts (1/3 cup)
100 g chopped prunes(1/2 to 2/3 cups)
40 g chopped hazelnuts(1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
bake 40-45 minutes at 175°C / 350°F
