*Ingredients
1. Skin dough:
150g (10.5tbsp) Unsalted butter
60g (4tbsp) Cream cheese
50g (7tbsp) Powdered sugar
15ml (1tbsp) Syrup
250g (1.72cups) All-purpose flour
2. Fillings
180g (12tbsp) Cream cheese
50g (3.5tbsp) Unsalted butter
65g (9tbsp) Powdered sugar
32g (2pcs) Egg yolk
80g (2/3cup) Cornstarch
60g (1cup) Dried Cranberry
Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 25 minutes
Important suggestion:
1. If you don't have syrup, substitute it with honey or an equal amount of sugar
2. Form the dough into a rectangle, then refrigerate for 2 hours, the dough is very hard when you take it out, so it is easier to cut the pieces directly, the weight of each dough is about 44 grams.
3. If you don't have dried cranberries, you can replace them with raisins or just omit them, the weight of each filling is about 37 grams.
4. It is recommended to brush the egg yolk twice, the color will be more beautiful when baked.
