[INDONESIAN]
Resep Taiwanese Dessert (untuk 6-7 porsi)

Bahan taro ball:
150 gr talas, kukus
60 gr tepung tapioka / tepung beras ketan
2-3 sdm air panas
1 sdm gula pasir

Bahan sweet potato ball:
150 gr ubi jalar merah, kukus
45 gr tepung tapioka / tepung beras ketan
2-3 sdm air panas
1 sdm gula pasir

Bahan sirup gula:
500 ml air
300 gr gula pasir
3 lembar daun pandan

Bahan kuah susu:
300 ml susu
15 sdm Krim Kafe Kapal Api
150 ml air panas

Bahan kacang hijau:
100 gr kacang hijau, rendam semalaman
2 lembar daun pandan
3 iris jahe
1 liter air
80 gr gula pasir

Pelengkap:
Cincau hitam
Es serut

Langkah:
1. Untuk sirup gula, di dalam panci masukkan air, gula pasir, dan pandan, masak hingga mendidih, dinginkan
2. Untuk kuah susu, campurkan Krim Kafe Kapal Api dengan air panas lalu tambahkan susu, aduk rata. Dinginkan
3. Untuk kacang hijau, di dalam panci masukkan air, kacang hijau, daun pandan, dan jahe, masak hingga empuk lalu tambahkan gula pasir, masak sesaat selama 5 menit, sisihkan
4. Hancurkan ubi di dalam mangkuk lalu masukkan tepung tapioka dan gula pasir, aduk rata
5. Tambahkan air panas perlahan, uleni hingga menyatu kemudian bentuk memanjang, potong-potong
6. Hancurkan talas di dalam mangkuk lalu masukkan tepung tapioka, dan gula pasir, aduk rata
7. Tambahkan air panas secara perlahan, uleni hingga menyatu kemudian bentuk memanjang, potong-potong
8. Didihkan air, masukkan adonan ubi, rebus hingga matang lalu masukkan ke dalam sirup gula
9. Di panci yang sama masukkan adonan talas, rebus hingga matang lalu pindahkan ke dalam sirup gula
10. Susun es serut, cincau hitam, kacang hijau, dan mochi ball ke dalam mangkuk kemudian tuang kuah susu
11. Es campur ala Taiwan siap disajikan

Taiwanese Dessert Recipe (yield 6-7 servings)

Taro Ball ingredients:
150 g taro, steamed
60 g tapioca flour / glutinous rice flour
2-3 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp sugar

Sweet Potato Ball ingredients:
150 g sweet potato, steamed
45 g tapioca flour / glutinous rice flour
2-3 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp sugar

Sugar Syrup ingredients:
500 ml water
300 g sugar
3 pc pandan leaf

Milk Soup ingredients:
300 ml milk
15 tbsp Krim Kafe Kapal Api
150 ml hot water

Mung Bean ingredients:
100 g mung bean, soaked overnight
2 pc pandan leaf
3 slice ginger
1 L water
80 g sugar

Others:
Grass jelly
Shaved ice

Steps:
1. For the Sugar Syrup, add water, sugar, and pandan to a pan. Bring to a boil. Let cool.
2. For the Milk Soup, mix Krim Kafe Kapal Api with hot water. Add milk. Mix and let cool.
3. For the Mung Beans, add water, mung beans, pandan leaf, and ginger into a pot. Boil until soft, then add sugar. Cook for 5 minutes, then set aside.
4. Mash the sweet potato in a bowl. Add tapioca flour and sugar. Mix well.
5. Add hot water bit by bit. Knead until the dough comes together, then shape into a cylinder and slice.
6. Mash the taro in a bowl. Add tapioca flour and sugar. Mix well.

8. Boil the water. Add the Sweet Potato Balls and boil until they’re cooked, then transfer into the Sugar Syrup.
9. In the same pot, add the Taro Balls and boil until they’re cooked, then transfer into the Sugar Syrup.
10. Assemble the shaved ice, grass jelly, mung beans, Sweet Potato Balls, and Taro Balls into a bowl. Then, pour the Milk Soup.
11. Taiwanese Dessert is ready to serve.
