配方 Ingredients:
酸奶 250克
Yogurt 250 g
酵母3克 (1茶勺)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
高筋面粉300克 (2 杯)
Bread flour or All-purpose flour 300 g(2 cups)
盐1. 5克 (1/4茶勺)
Salt 1.5 g(1/4 tsp)
无盐黄油30克
Unsalted Butter 30 g (2 tbsp)
鸡蛋 1 个
One egg
白糖 30 克
Sugar 30 g
香草精 2.5 毫升 (1/2茶勺)
Vanilla extracts 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp)
中筋面粉110克
All-purpose flour 110 g
盐1.5克 (1/4茶勺)
Salt 1.5 g(1/4 tsp)
柠檬皮
Lemon peel
泡打粉 2 克 (1 茶勺)
Baking powder 2 g (1 tsp)
无盐黄油40克
Unsalted Butter 40 g (2+1/3 tbsp)

Pan size: 33×22 cm
预热好的烤箱175℃/350℉烤烤20分钟至金黄
Bake in a preheated oven at 175℃/350℉for 20 minutes until golden brown
