Chicken Boneless 1kg
Vinegar 3tbs for washing
Salt 1tsp for washing

Salt 0.75tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1/2tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Coriander 1/2tsp
ginger paste 1/2tbs
Garlic paste 1tbs
Chilli sauce 2tbs
Black pepper 1/4tsp
ammonium carbonate 1/2tsp
Eggs 2
Orange food colour 1/4tsp
all Purpose Flour 2tbs
Corn Flour 2tbs

Oil for frying
