新场古镇是成都周边的一个人气小镇,这里有一个美食很有名,是来到四川大邑必须品尝的,就是肥肠血旺。小镇老店用柴火大锅炖煮新鲜的猪血块,骨汤加肥肠慢慢煨煮的血旺又嫩又滑,是红油麻辣的川味。同样很嫩的豆花可以蘸酱拌米饭,麻辣鸡块也是鲜香入味,阿星逛古镇吃美食。
Xinchang Ancient Town is a popular town around Chengdu. There is a famous food here. It is a must-try when you come to Dayi, Sichuan. It is Feichang Xuewang. The old restuarant in the town uses a firewood cauldron to simmer fresh pig blood clots. The bone broth and fat intestines are slowly simmered. The blood is tender and smooth. It is a spicy Sichuan flavor with red oil. The same tender Douhua can be dipped in sauce and mixed with rice, and the spicy chicken nuggets are also delicious.
