I wanted to share with you some of the behind the scenes of making Youtube videos for you. I wanted you all to see that not everything you see in the final episode is the reality. The process of filming is not a smooth one but nonetheless fun and challenging. Sometimes the venue is super hot (hence the frizzy hair and redness), other days there is a bird flying in and other times there is a construction work going on next door.

I also wanted you to see the other side of me: off-camera. I laugh at myself and I laugh a lot. I make mistakes, I laugh and move on. I am human and there is no need to idolize me. I work on myself every single day and I invite you all to do that regardless of where you at right now. Remember the tale of the tortoise and the hare? It is not always what we are born with that counts but what we make of ourselves.
