Pilates Mat Toning For Abs, Butt, & Thighs || 30 minutes - Beginners and Seniors
Tighten, lengthen and tone in this great slow paced Pilates mat workout! In 30 minutes we will work and shape our abs, thighs and glutes in an effective yet gentle way.
We will spend the whole time on the mat switching positions to working all sides of the body. If you are uncomfortable on your knees, not to worry, we won’t be there long.
As always, please go at your own pace. Start small increasing the size of your movements as you gain flexibility and strength.
