3g/1tsp Instant yeast
120g/0.5cup Warm milk
250g/1.59cup Bread flour
20g/1.6tbsp Sugar
3g/0.5tsp Salt
1pc/50g+- Egg
25g Unsalted butter
2. Fillings
40g Unsalted butter
30g/2.4tbsp Sugar
40g Egg wash
50g/10tbsp Shredded Coconut

Pan size 23x12x7cm
* Preheat the Oven at 170°C (340°F) bake for 25 minutes
