BAKED POTATO WEDGES RECIPE ***SECRET TO CRISPY FRIES***

LAY HO MA everyone! You're in for a real treat. This is my best crispy potato wedges recipe. Its easy to make, delicious, crispy, and the oven does most of the work. Join me in this episode, and I will teach you how to make the best crispy baked potato wedges. This vegan recipe is one you will make again and again.

Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 large potatoes (russets are ideal)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper

Directions:
1. preheat your oven to 425F
2. prep your potatoes into wedges
3. toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper
4. place the wedges skin side down so that air will expose all side of the potato wedge
5. bake for 40min then broil on ow for 10min
6. That's It!
