Great full body barre workout perfect for beginners and seniors. This workout uses no equipment, works the entire body with a little extra ab work, and is low impact.

After the warm up we begin in a standing position working on our legs with pliés and balance exercises. It’s easy to follow with no dance experience required. The remainder of the workout is performed on the mat. If you are uncomfortable on your hands and knees you can perform the exercises in a standing position pushing against a wall or sturdy countertop. Make sure to return to the floor for abdominals and stretching.
Another great tip is to double up your mat or fold it in half so it's nice and cushy under your knees and wrists.

Enjoy this workout at your own pace. It will feel different to work your muscles in various positions on the floor. It will get easier as you do it more and grow stronger.
