We've been introducing the Korean food and culture that has been such a big part of my life since middle school… but it's about time that we upgraded our knowledge and experience. Each person's favourite part of Korean cuisine and culture is unique, and we want to learn directly from the experiences of people living in Korea! So in this episode we start with the perfect person to help us expand our knowledge of Korean cuisine, someone who knows the food and the story behind it better than anyone we've met yet - Chef Lee!
