600mL Heavy Whipping Cream
1 x 395g Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 x 395g Can Dulce de leche or Caramel (use hald fo the leftovers toi dollop in filling)
2 Tablespoons Milk Powder

TOPPINGS:
Remaining Dulce de leche for piping pattern in top

CREAM BOREDER:
3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tablespoon Confectioners Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Milk Powder - Optional
1 Tablespoon leftover Dulce de leche or Caramel
