1983年製。29年前の粉だがちゃんと固まった。ただし水と粉の量を説明書通りにすると、ラーメンの生地は粘度が低すぎて麺の形にならなかった。粉をかなり多くしたら、しっかり麺の形状になった。なると、肉、ネギは説明書通りの分量で固まった。29年前の粉が今でも機能することがすごい。
