► I've used a 800 Watt Microwave. If you have a Microwave with higher/lower wattage, you have to reduce/increase the cooking time for few seconds.

INGREDIENTS
1 serving (I used one cup 250 ml-1 cup):
20 g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
13 g (1 tbsp) light brown sugar
5 g (1 tsp) caster sugar (optional, I think it's sweet enough even without it)
15 g (1 tbsp) milk, slightly warm
40 g (4 tbsp) all purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
20 g (1+1/2 tbsp) chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a mug (250 ml - 1 cup) place butter, light brown sugar, caster sugar (optional) and mix until creamy.
2. Add milk and combine: don't worry if the mix lumps a bit.
3. Add flour, baking powder and mix until combined.
4. Incorporate chocolate chips.
5. Cook in microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds: I've used a Microwave 800 Watt power. If you have a Microwave with higher/lower wattage, you have to reduce/increase the cooking time for few seconds.
6. Cookie comes out from the microwave very hot: slightly cool down before serve it! Consider that when it cools down completely, it will become dry and more hard like a ture cookie!
You can store leftover cookie at room temperature covered with plastic wrap for 1 day (the cookie will turn out more hard and dry, but it will stay delicious!).
