Blue Watercolour Cake with Blue Macarons- Rosie's Dessert Spot

In this cake decorating tutorial, I demonstrate how to create delicious baby blue macarons and use them to dress up a pretty watercolour drip cake. Enjoy!
MACARON RECIPE:
115 grams almond meal
230 grams icing sugar
140grams egg white
pinch salt
4 tablespoons caster or super fine sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)
