케이크 만들 때 필요한 제누와즈를 만들었어요
전 별립법으로 만들었는데, 공립법으로 하셔도 상관은 없어용
생크림 케이크, 고구마 케이크 .. 다양한 케이크를 만들어 보세요
귀찮으면.. 시판 제누와즈를...이용하시고..헤헤헤
* 레시피 (원형틀 지름 18cm 1개 분량)
계란3개, 설탕 120g (노른자 설탕 50, 흰자 설탕 70), 박력분100g
버터 30g , 우유 30g, 바닐라에센스 약간
*recipe (mold size = 18cm)
3 eggs, 120g sugar ( 50g yolk / 70g white), 100g cake flour
30g butter, 30g milk, vanila essence
Preheat the oven! / Leave eggs at room temperature
Cook butter and milk in a double boiler!
