食材準備:
高麗菜 半顆
紅蘿蔔 一條
雞胸肉 一份
鹽巴 胡椒 適量.
馬鈴薯 一顆
洋蔥 一顆
蔥 兩支
雞蛋三顆
麵粉 3匙----(高筋,低筋、中筋都可以,主要是讓蔬菜能聚集在一起,不要散開。)
