Ingredients for cake :
4 egg yolks （蛋黄）
20g caster sugar （细砂糖）
40g corn oil （玉米油）
50ml milk （鲜奶）

1/8 tsp salt（盐）
80g plain flour（普通面粉）

4 egg whites （蛋白）
80g caster sugar （细砂糖）

Buttercream （牛油糖霜）:
200g unsalted butter（牛油）
50g icing sugar （糖粉）
1 tbsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk （甜炼奶）

80g toasted almond flakes （烘香杏仁片）
