I think that Encanto has captured the hearts of everybody by now and the scenery and La Casita are such a breath of fresh air. So it's absolutely joyful to make a bigger better (?) version of the Madrigal House so that it has room for a few more family members. My fave bit was giving Bruno a little wall space to lurk in. Next stop - furnishing it! This is my own MOD of the existing Lego version, a kind of DIY craft that takes the best of both the original house from the movie and the Lego set and smushing them together into something.

I tend to geek out about new pieces, get excited about learning new and interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble.
