Broccoli 250 g 西兰花250克
Garlic 4 cloves 20 g 蒜4瓣 约20克
Peeled carrots 50 g 去皮的胡萝卜50克
Sauce:
Oyster sauce 15 ml (1 tbsp) 蚝油15毫升
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp) 盐1.5克
Sugar 2.5 g ( 1/2 tsp) 白糖2.5克
Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 g (1/4 tsp ) 鸡粉1克
Cold water 120 ml 凉水120毫升
hot water 100 ml (70-80℃) 热水100毫升 (70-80℃)
Vegetable oil 10-15 ml (1tbsp) 炒菜油10-15毫升
Sesame oil 7 ml (1/2 tbsp) 香油(芝麻油)7毫升
