分量:12条糯米卷
蒸糯米饭
300克 糯米 (泡浸1小时)
200ml 椰浆
半茶匙盐
几片 香兰叶
A 材料(搅拌)
6粒小葱头
2瓣 蒜米
2条香茅
1小块 生姜
2小块 黄姜
1汤匙 芫荽籽
1/2 茶匙 白胡椒粉
少许亚参膏 水 (罗望子水)
2汤匙 清水
***将A 全部材料打烂********
其它材料:
40克 虾米 (盅烂)
60克 白椰丝
2大匙 辣椒煳 (cili boh)
2大片香蕉叶 (剪成 12张长方形 (20cm x 10cm )
少许 牙签
1/2 茶匙盐
3 茶匙糖
***辣椒糊可以用3条辣椒干代替,泡水后,放入搅拌机和香料一起打烂***

Ingredients:
Steamed glutinous rice :
300g glutinous rice (soaked for 1 hour)
200ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
few pandan leaves
A) Ingredients (Blend)
6 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 sticks of lemongrass
1 small piece ginger
2 small pieces turmeric
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
A little assam paste water (tamarind water)
2 tablespoons water
***Blend all the Ingredients of (A)********
Other Ingredients:
40g dried shrimp (chopped)
60g white shredded coconut
2 tbsp chili paste (cili boh)
2 large banana leaves (cut into 12 rectangles (20cm x 10cm)
a few toothpicks
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons sugar
***The chili paste can be replaced with 3 dried chili peppers. After soaking in water, put them in a blender and beat them together with spices***
