收藏方式:做好收普通冰箱冷藏2天内吃完,冷冻可以收较久,吃前放回普通冰箱隔夜解冻。
Let’s make Pandan Swiss Roll, popular and loved by many. The soft moist Coconut Milk Pandan Chiffon Cake, rolled into log shape, wrapped with fluffy refreshing Pandan Whipped Cream Frosting, loaded with fresh grated coconut sauteed with Gula Melaka/Palm Sugar, every bite is so moist. The blending flavor of coconut, Gula Melaka and Pandan is refreshing with rich texture. Egg white meringue in cake batter is whipped till just right, oven temperature and timing are well controlled, can bake pretty towel cake roll surface. Round and full when rolled up, soft fluffy natural pandan green cake, combined with fluffy pastel green frosting and brown sugar shredded coconut, incredible and irresistible. Highly recommend to use fresh finely grated coconut to make this recipe, will be a lot better than frozen coarsely grated coconut.
Storage Method: Chill in the normal fridge eat within 2days, and freeze it to store longer. Before eating, place it in normal fridge to thaw overnight.

20g Coconut Cream (Thick) 椰奶油 (浓)
48g Pandan Juice 班兰汁 (25g Pandan Leaves 班兰叶 + 90g Water水)
75g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour 低筋面粉
1g Salt 盐
4pcs Egg Yolks 蛋黄 (Grade A等级, 65-69g/pc including eggshell 包括蛋壳)
4 (150g) Egg Whites 蛋白 (Grade A等级, 65-69g/pc including eggshell 包括蛋壳)
5g Lemon Juice/White Vinegar柠檬汁/白醋
85g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
