Resep Sup Krim Ayam Jagung (untuk 5-6 porsi)

Bahan marinasi:
250 gr dada ayam filet
2 siung bawang putih
½ sdt mixed herbs, opsional
1 sdt mustard, opsional
1 sdt garam
½ sdm gula
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
¼ sdt merica
Jeruk nipis

Bahan sup:
1 buah bawang bombai, cincang
3 sdm Anchor Salted Butter
3-4 sdm terigu protein sedang
750 ml air
2 batang seledri, opsional
1 cup jagung pipil
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
133 gr Anchor Cooking Cream

Pelengkap:
Roti soft baguette

Langkah:
1. Keringkan ayam dengan tisu lalu iris tipis, pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
2. Marinasi dengan garam, kaldu bubuk, gula, merica, bawang putih yang telah dihaluskan, sedikit perasan jeruk nipis, mustard, dan mixed herbs, aduk rata
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan ayam masak hingga sedikit kecokelatan, tiriskan lalu potong potong
4. Di wajan yang sama, tumis bawang bombai hingga wangi, aduk rata lalu masukkan Anchor Salted Butter dan tepung terigu, aduk rata
5. Masukkan air, aduk rata lalu masukkan ayam, jagung, seledri, dan kaldu ayam bubuk, aduk rata

Chicken & Corn Cream Soup Recipe (yield 5-6 servings)

Marinade ingredients:
250 g chicken breast fillet
2 clove garlic
½ tsp mixed herbs, optional
1 tsp mustard, optional
1 tsp salt
½ tbsp sugar
1 tsp stock powder
¼ tsp pepper
Lime

Soup ingredients:
1 pc onion, chopped
3 tbsp Anchor Salted Butter
3-4 tbsp all-purpose flour
750 ml water
2 pc celery, optional
1 cup shelled corn
1 tsp chicken powder
133 g Anchor Cooking Cream

Add-ons:
Soft baguette

Steps:
1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Slice thinly and place in a bowl.
2. Marinate with salt, stock powder, sugar, pepper, minced garlic, a bit of lime juice, mustard, and mixed herbs. Mix well.
3. Heat some oil. Add the chicken and cook until a bit browned. Set aside and dice.
4. In the same pan, sauté the onion until fragrant. Stir, then add Anchor Salted Butter and flour. Stir well.
5. Add water. Stir, then add chicken, corn, celery, and chicken powder. Stir well.
6. Add Anchor Cooking Cream and cook shortly.
7. Chicken & Corn Cream Soup is ready to serve with a baguette on the side.
