Inside A Modern Colonial Home With Novel Furniture Pieces Set In A Green-Filled Sanctuary
This week, we visit the green-filled sanctuary that is Loyang Valley. Set over a spacious 1,500 square feet, this space has been done up in a modern colonial theme, and homeowners Alvin and Gina have set about to decorate with really unique antique pieces.
Out of the numerous pieces, of worthy mention is the Chesterfield sofa, an iconic look that is present in as part of a classic Victorian design. That is accompanied by a Planter’s chair which is also synonymous with the colonial age and look.
The best part of the home is that open balcony, where the sliding doors and black and white blinds also make it a very practical spot. It’s basically an all-weather dining space, where you can admire the greenery views and yet be in the shade from the sun.
Special thanks to Alvin and Gina for showing us around their lovely home!
