Resep Nastar
Bahan adonan nastar:
250-280 gr tepung terigu all purpose / sedang (lihat konsistensi adonan pada video)
100 gr maizena
125 gr mentega wijsman
125 gr margarin
110 gr susu bubuk
110 gr gula halus
2 butir kuning telur
75 gr keju parut
Bahan selai nanas:
750 gr nanas parut
150 gr gula pasir
5 buah cengkih
1 sdm mentega wijsman
1 sdm margarin
Bahan olesan nastar:
3 butir kuning telur
2 sdm susu cair
1 sdm minyak goreng
Langkah:
1. Untuk isian. Masak nanas parut, cengkih, dan gula hingga airnya habis, tambahkan mentega dan margarin. Masak hingga mengental
2. Buat adonan nastar. Kocok mentega, margarin, dan gula halus, tambahkan kuning telur aduk rata
3. Masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, dan susu bubuk
4. Tambahkan keju parut. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata, lalu uleni
5. Ambil kurang lebih 5 gr adonan, pipihkan
6. Isi dengan selai nanas, tutup lalu bentuk bulat
7. Panggang dengan suhu 140 derajat selama 30-35 menit menggunakan api atas bawah
8. Oles permukaan nastar dengan campuran kuning telur, susu cair, dan minyak
9. Panggang lagi selama 10-15 menit
10. Nastar siap disajikan
Nastar biasanya menjadi hidangan camilan saat hari-hari besar, salah satunya perayaan tahun baru Imlek. Nama “Nastar” sendiri berasal dari bahasa Belanda, yakni ananas yang artinya nanas dan taart yang artinya kue tar. Kali ini aku mau share resep Nastar klasik menggunakan bahan-bahan PREMIUM yang tentunya membuat Nastar jadi lebih EMPUK dan LEMBUT.

Pineapple Tarts Recipe
Tart Dough Ingredients:
250-280 g all-purpose flour
100 g cornstarch
125 g Wijsman butter
125 g margarine
110 g powdered milk
110 g powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
75 g grated cheese
Pineapple Jam Ingredients:
750 g grated pineapple
150 g sugar
5 cloves
1 tbsp Wijsman butter
1 tbsp margarine
Egg Wash Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp plain milk
1 tbsp cooking oil
Steps:
1. To make the filling, cook the grated pineapple, clove, and sugar until reduced. Add the butter and margarine, and cook until thickens.
2. For the tart dough, mix the butter, margarine, and powdered sugar. Add the egg yolks and mix well.
3. Add the flour, cornstarch, and powdered milk.
4. Add the grated cheese. Mix thoroughly and knead.
5. Take and flatten about 5 g of dough.
6. Fill with the pineapple jam, cover, and roll into a ball.
7. Bake at 140°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
8. Do the egg wash on the tart's surface with yolks, milk, and oil mix.
9. Bake once more for 10-15 minutes.
10. Pineapple Tarts are ready to serve.
