One of my absolute favorite creation made for "School of Chocolate" (Netflix)!
I wanted to create a showpiece that pays tribute to the base ingredients that I use, the orange "heart" is a cocoa pod (the fruit of the cocoa tree, the main ingredient of chocolate)
This massive 6.5ft tall showpiece weighs 110lbs and is currently displayed in my Academy.
