Ingredients:
pork ham hock - 1 piece

for the marinade:
white wine - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
olive oil - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard - 5 g (0.18 oz)
IN THE FRIDGE 1 H

for the cabbage:
pickled cabbage - 250 g (8.8 oz)
red onion - 1 piece
garlic powder - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard - 5 g (0.18 oz)
beer - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
bacon - 100 g (3.5 oz)
honey - 30 g (1 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/1 HOUR
