A little trick with the piping as well as melted chocolate turn butter cookies into cute Bear Shaped Butter Cookies. They are well-received by my kids. These cookies are buttery and crispy because of the added rice flour and you just can't get enough of it.

很受小朋友喜欢的小熊牛油饼干。可爱的造型不难做，用座融的巧克力把五官画上去就可以了O(∩_∩)O。饼干有牛油的香气，加了粘米粉，所以的它口感是偏向酥松。粉类的比例略高，饼干吃起来比较不腻口，但相对的是面糊也会比较稠，所以建议用大的裱花嘴会比较容易操作。

Ingredients：
1）Butter – 100g
2）Icing sugar – 45g
3）Egg – 25g
4）Cake flour – 120g
5）Rice flour – 20g
6）White baking chocolate
7）Dark baking chocolate
