From 3-0 down and 30 points behind in the fourth frame, a great comeback puts Reanne back in the match and gives her a chance to become the first woman to reach the final stages of a ranking tournament.

Thepchaiya Un-Nooh vs Reanne Evans, 2013 Wuxi Classic - Last 128.

Qualifyings in the '90s:
In the 1991/92 season, the governing body introduced prequalifying for all ranking events. There were up to 7 rounds in which around 500 players participated; the lowest-ranked started in the first rounds. Qualified players went on to play the Last-128 stage. This format was used until the 1996/97 season.

In her second season, Allison Fisher won 6 games at the 1992 Dubai Classic to reach the Last-96 stage, where she made a break of 133 but ultimately lost to Joe Swail 5-4. Nevertheless, it was her closest opportunity to qualify.

Coincidentally, that ranking event was the first-ever the Class of '92 played. John, Mark and Ronnie also lost in the Last-96 stage. They had to win 8 games as being new pros.

In their debut season, the Class of '92 played 9 ranking tournaments. Ronnie reached the final stages at 7 of them, Mark at 4 and John at 2. However, some players (later Top 16) who played under this format in the '90s did not reach any until their second and even third season as professionals.

In 1993, three debutants reached the Crucible: Spence Dunn, John Giles and Ronnie O'Sullivan. O'Sullivan and Giles won 10 qualifying matches, and Dunn, who started in the first round, won 11, still a tournament record. However, none won at the Crucible (O'Sullivan lost 10-7 to Alan McManus).
