Guinness World Records Rules for Eating a 12" Pizza:

- Pizza must weigh at least 348 grams (12.27 oz) and be 12" in diameter
- Crust should be heavier than 150 grams, precooked
- Pizza must have at least sauce and cheese
- Pizza must be eaten with a knife and fork, first piece can be precut
- Must be seated during the eat
- Can use water as needed

Previous Record by Takeru Kobayashi in 1:09:36 in Japan.

Official Guinness World Records Time of 41.31 seconds was achieved on January 30, 2013 by Peter Czerwinski (Furious Pete) in Burbank, California.
