THIS IS NOT PORK CALDERETA NOR MECHADO!!! I TRIED THIS RECIPE IN PORK BELLY AND EVERYONE LOVED IT!!!

HINDI ITO CALDERETA O MECHADO! BASTA SOBRANG SARAP NITONG SINARSAHANG BABOY! SARSA PA LANG, ULAM NA!

INGREDIENTS
-1pc red bell sliced into strips
-1pc green bell pepper sliced into strips
-3/4cup frozen green peas
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1.3Kilo Pork belly sliced into chunky cubes
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp tomato paste
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-115g tomato sauce
-2cups sprite
-1 and 1/2Cup water and add more water as needed
