100g (0.42 cup) Water
Oil temperature: 130 ° C (265 ° F)
* Important tips
1. The dough is medium-hard. The first 10 minutes of rest will help you quickly knead it smoothly. The second 30 minutes of rest will make it easier to roll out the dough into a large sheet.
2. Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet, about 40x60 cm. thickness about 1 mm.
3. The best temperature for frying is about 130 ° C (265 ° F), not too high. Medium-low heat, otherwise it will be easy to burn.
