配方 Ingredients:

面团Dough:

普通面粉(中筋)350克 all-purpose flour 350 g / 2.5 cups
盐1.5克 salt 1.5 g / 1/4 tsp
开水120毫升 boiling water 120 ml
室温水125毫升 room temperature water 125 ml
食用油2.5毫升 vegetable oil 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp

油酥 Pastry:

小葱2根 2 green onion
面粉40克 all-purpose flour 40 g / 4 tbsp
盐4克 salt 4 g / 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
十三香0.5克 13-spice 0.5 g / 1/4 tsp
食用油45毫升 vegetable oil 45 ml / 3 tbsp
